Eligibility
CSE has no restrictions on education, age, or major. Anyone who meets the following criteria can apply.
You want to build something
A concrete product idea is great, but even a vague desire is fine. All you need is the motivation to create.
You finish what you start
This is a self-paced program, so self-direction is key. Nobody will push you. You need to move on your own.
You're comfortable learning by doing
You won't learn everything before you start. You begin with gaps, and you fill them by building. You need to enjoy that process.
Application Process
CSE's admissions process is simple and practical. We don't look at transcripts or recommendation letters — we look at what you've done and what you want to do.
Submit Online Application
Fill out basic information, a brief self-introduction, and a description of what you want to build. Attach a resume, portfolio, or GitHub if you have one. (Not required)
Duration: 5–10 min
Take-home Challenge
You'll receive a short technical or business challenge. It's not a test with right answers — we want to see how you approach and solve problems.
Duration: 3–7 days
Interview
A ~30-minute 1:1 video interview. We'll discuss your challenge submission and talk about what you'd like to build at CSE.
Duration: 30 min
Admission Decision
You'll hear back within one week of the interview.
Duration: Within 1 week

Can I apply with no programming experience?
Yes. Phase 1 starts from the programming basics. We value drive and execution over prior experience.
Is there an age limit?
No. High school students, college students, professionals, career changers — anyone can apply.
Can I work on a team project?
Yes. Team projects are allowed. However, the $10k MRR graduation requirement is evaluated individually.
How long does it take to graduate?
There's no fixed timeline. It's self-paced, so it depends on your ability and effort.
Can I participate from abroad?

Yes. There's no obligation. But CSE is a program for people who finish what they start.
