Hiring Process
We run a fast, practical hiring process. The entire process typically completes within 2 weeks.

Challenge (role-dependent)
Depending on the role, we may give a short challenge. It mirrors real work and helps us picture what working together would look like.
Interview
1–2 rounds of video or in-person interviews with team members. We assess technical capability, alignment with CSE's mission, and cultural fit.
Final Decision
You'll hear back within one week of the interview. If accepted, onboarding starts immediately.
